SUB ETZ

The SUB ETZ is a compact, self powered subwoofer designed to extend the frequency range and power band-width of Audio Performance full-range loudspeaker systems. With a cut-off frequency of 45Hz, the SUBETZ is made for applications where the reproduction of sub frequencies is of major importance (music, live sound). It consists of one long excursion 8 inch cone driver mounted in a heavily braced vented enclosure.
The 120 W amplifier module features left and right input for mono applications and stereo left and right HP filtered outputs to feed the Tracios or Zephiros Monitor. Sensitivity is adjustable to -10dB, 0dB, +4dB. The output level can be set from 0dB to -24dB via a potentiometer. In absence of modulation, a standby device controls electronically the power amplifier and reduces the power consumption to the minimum, the system detects automatically an audio signal and instantaneously restores the power.

(1) Frequency response: +/- 3dB, measured at 3 meters, on axis, half-space conditions -  MLSSA 1/3 octave

(2) Max peak SPL: Measured with music referred to 1 meter

(3) Crossover: Acoustical crossover frequency - at these frequency, transducers produce equal sound pressure level

(4) AES: Power handling is measured under AES standard conditions

(5) Power AMPS: Amplifier RMS output power per channel into 2 ohms, both channel driven
